If you have the Phantom, you should probably ask your question here Dji Phantom 4. There are quite a few spare parts for the Phantom (4), but not (yet) for the Mavic Pro.
Showroom simply means that this product is on display in one of the many Digitec shops. The product that you ultimately effectively buy you receive directly from the warehouse, unopened and new in its packaging.
In the DJI Go app, you can switch off "Cache Locally when Recording" under "General Settings".
With the Fly More Bundle, the price was around CHF 1500.
You can click on the playback icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the app, which will take you to the pictures and films. There you can download them to your mobile device. Of course, you can also connect the drone with the cable or take out the SD card and access the data there.
Mavic Air 700CHF or Mavic 2 Zoom 1200CHF. One of this.
yes, but it's more for the outside
It's hard to answer if you don't have the problem yourself. So it's not normal - I have the films/photos on the mobile phone and on the memory card! Has it always been like this for you?
Sorry, I don't know, I use an iPad.
If a supplier offers the desired drone, we would be happy to include it in our range. Whether and when this might be the case is unclear.
I have already taken the drone with me several times and had no problems. With the airlines I have flown with, it has always been the case that you have to stow the drone in your checked-in baggage and carry the battery in your cabin baggage. However, to be on the safe side, I would check the guidelines regarding drones with the respective airline. You can find them relatively quickly by googling for them, e.g. "drone emirates".
No. Payment options: https://www.digitec.ch/de/Information/PaymentOptions
more than visual range ;) you are not allowed to fly further than that
As far as I know, the Platinum has quieter propellers. But they are compatible with the "normal" Mavic Pro and vice versa. Batteries also fit and so do camera accessories such as filters etc.
Have you already checked the contacts and cleaned them if necessary? Have you let the battery charge for a while? A possible firmware update could also help.
Doesn't float, I had to find out for myself... :( Crashed into the Inn, for reasons I can't explain, from a height of about 10m, after I'd only had the drone for a few days. I hope for the insurance... Oh yes: it is important to have a special liability insurance, because the MavicPro is heavier than 500g! https://blog.axa.ch/kompetenz/wenn-das-christkind-eine-drohne-bringt/
Basically digitec doesn't repair anything.... they are a triage... With drones, however, it is always special, as there are often operating errors (not wilful)... would open it as a warranty case via the customer account. But don't be surprised if something is quickly charged. Important: This will not be done by digitec but by the corresponding service centre! Alternatively, I would write to DJI directly and open a case there. They will also inform you about the procedure
I don't have an S8+ (S7), but I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work. You can download the app for free and start it. You might see if there are any error messages. In case of doubt and the desire for absolute certainty, an email to DJI will help!
It depends on what is important to you. The 4 is more professional. Much better camera for videos and photos. As far as I know, it can even be controlled by a second person with a second controller. The Mavic is simply fun and is more for your flying pleasure. It is also very compact and the battery lasts a long time.
Often, the antennas are directed incorrectly. They should be aimed upwards, otherwise you will lose a large part of the power (read the manual).
Well, the remote control is tiny... at most an iPad mini if I'm not mistaken... But a holder for a tablet... hmm... you won't find anything at DJI... you'll have to make something... it won't be easy...
No, you do not need a permanent internet connection, you can also fly offline. However, it is advisable to activate the caching of the maps in the app beforehand and to view the map area in the app beforehand so that the map is then in the cache.
