Question about DJI Mavic Pro

The gimbal fell out of the mount when I fell 3m from the Mavic Pro. I don't think anything is broken or defective. Does anyone know anything about repairs... or does Digitec repair such things?

Basically digitec doesn't repair anything.... they are a triage... With drones, however, it is always special, as there are often operating errors (not wilful)... would open it as a warranty case via the customer account. But don't be surprised if something is quickly charged. Important: This will not be done by digitec but by the corresponding service centre!

Alternatively, I would write to DJI directly and open a case there. They will also inform you about the procedure

The drone hospital is just lousy. they just make you wait. I had to threaten them with legal action to get an answer, and now it's been 2 months and I still don't have my drone. Don't send your drones to this filthy association.

I had my Mavic repaired at Remote Vision. They seemed the most reputable! Gimbal and camera were completely broken! It cost just under 500 stutz, which was covered by the insurance, thank goodness.

I didn't find a reasonable repair centre in Switzerland, so I opened a "ticket" directly via DJI, made sure that everything was stated correctly, and then sent the device to Germany, after which I received a cost proposal, first had to complain, but then paid and is now currently being repaired and will then be sent back to Switzerland.
My problems:
- Package sent to Germany incl. insurance ==>> already costs something
- wanted to charge me for water damage (collision and water damage are the same item on the ticket), would have paid double, despite discount.
- I have to pay 19% VAT in Germany, I have to see how I can get it back.
- for delivery to Switzerland I have to pay customs duty, + 8% VAT
- repair is higher than 350.00 CHF
- I received the first feedback from DJI on 28.06.17, don't know when I will get my drone back?

If someone has found a better way, please let me know.

If you bought the drone at Digitec, simply open a warranty case and describe your problem. I have never had anything not repaired by Digitec.
You can always ask :D
And if Digitec doesn't do it, you can always search the internet for solutions to repair it yourself.
