Do I understand correctly that the DJI Mavic Pro and the DJI Mavic Pro Platinum are identical, which means that I can use all the accessories from the Platinum for my Dji Mavic Pro? Battery, propeller...

As far as I know, the Platinum has quieter propellers. But they are compatible with the "normal" Mavic Pro and vice versa. Batteries also fit and so do camera accessories such as filters etc.
