1. Wago Fieldbus coupler

Fieldbus Coupler CANopen D-Sub Extreme

This fieldbus coupler connects the WAGO I/O system as a slave to the CANopen fieldbus. Data is transmitted using PDOs and
SDOs. The bus coupler detects all connected I/O terminals and creates a local process image from them. This can involve a mixed arrangement of analog (word-wise data exchange) and digital (byte-wise data exchange) terminals.

The local process image is divided into an input and output data area. Process data can be read via the CANopen bus and further processed in a controller. Process output data is transmitted over the CANopen bus.

The data from the analog terminals is mapped to the PDOs in the order of their position after the bus coupler. The bits from the digital terminals are combined into bytes and also mapped into PDOs. If the number of digital I/O exceeds 8 bits, the coupler automatically starts a new byte.

Entries in the object directory can be mapped to the 32 Rx PDOs and 32 Tx PDOs as needed. The entire input and output data area can be transmitted using SDOs. Placeholders for terminals can be set via software.

The device is suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions: extended temperature range, higher voltage resistance, and EMC stability, as well as increased vibration and shock resistance.

3. Wago 750-474/005-000

2-Channel Analog Input
4-20 mA
Single-Ended
16 Bit
60 Hz

The analog input module is designed to power the field-mounted transducers and to transmit analog
measurement signals galvanically isolated to the bus system. The supply voltage of 24 V is fed through the power contacts for the field. The shield connection is directly routed to the mounting rail. The overload protection switches off the measurement input at a current of approximately 25 mA, putting it into a high-impedance state. This high-impedance state is automatically reset when returning to the normal measurement range. This module provides the power supply for 2-wire transducers that do not have their own power supply.

4. Wago 750-637

Incremental Encoder Interface; RS-422; 32 Bit

The bus terminal provides an interface for various incremental encoders with different connections.

A counter with
a quadrature decoder and a latch for the zero pulse can be read and activated by the control system. The control system can set the counter. Depending on the operating mode, the counter value is transferred to the latch register and the counter is initialized on the positive edge at the input "C" or "Latch".

The speed (increments/ms) is automatically detected and can alternatively be transmitted to the control system instead of the latch value.

The "Gate" input allows for the counter to be locked. The "Ref" input can be used to activate the function of the zero mark "C".

Through the cam outputs (N1, N2), the bus terminal signals whether the counter value is within defined windows. The window areas can be individually adjusted.

The bus terminals require a supply voltage of DC 24 V, from which the power supply for the sensor (Ue, U0) is also derived.

The shield connection is directly routed to the mounting rail.

6. Wago Incremental encoder

Incremental Encoder Interface RS-422 16 Bit

The module provides an interface for connecting any incremental encoders. A 16-bit counter with quadrature decoder and
a 16-bit latch for the zero pulse can be read, set, or activated. The counter status is quickly and reliably transmitted to the PC, PLC, and CNC via the installed fieldbus. The Gate input allows for the locking of the counter. The power supply for the encoder can be directly tapped at the terminals Ue/U0. The shield connection is directly routed to the mounting rail.
