I mostly watch football and Netflix. I haven't connected Apple TV or Sky yet and I haven't watched DVDs either, so unfortunately I can't help much.

If the problem occurs with the Horizon Ultra, it's a good idea to extend the warranty to the maximum, which I did.
You get the information that the fan has a problem and the appliance switches off. It does the same thing for me.
In fact it's an accumulation of dust on the cooling system. As you may have heard, a fan rotates when Xgimi is used to cool the internal components, lamp, etc... This causes dust to accumulate inside the cooling system, so the solution is to blow out the back and underside to evacuate this dust. Use a blower or compressor and set the power to intermediate, not full power.
Then turn Xgimi back on, and you're good to go for a few hours of viewing.

The XGIMI Horizon Ultra supports Dolby Atmos via the eARC port. If you connect a Sonos Arc or Beam 2nd Gen directly to the projector, Dolby Atmos should be transmitted to the soundbar via HDMI port 2. This also works if you also connect an Apple TV to HDMI port 1, as long as the correct settings are made, such as selecting HDMI eARC as the output format in the projector.

I also run the sound for the XGIMI Horizon Ultra projector via Bluetooth. I have a Lindeman music book, which even switches on automatically and switches to Bluetooth input. Works great so far and there's nothing to complain about with the sound.
So the question is rather what the soundbar can do!

The Horizon series and AURA support 3D and keystone correction, but other products do not yet support this.
In case anyone has the same question, I wanted to clear up everyone's ignorance.

For me I decided to buy a screen as my wall is white with textured surface. It did not look good without a screen. I purchased the Elite Screens ezCinema Plus 2 (107", 16:9). Mailing because I am renting and cannot attach to the wall. I would not spend soo much on a screen unless it has the ALR technology.

Optically it only does the zoom, which is good and works well (most of the pixels and brightness are not lost).
As far as I know, it then corrects the keystone digitally.
Focusing also works digitally afterwards (automatically and well).
I don't own a HomePod, but I can say that all my bluetooth enabled devices are working fine. At the moment I'm trying to optimise two different sound systems with another bluethooth usb stick, I'm still waiting for that. It's not what you necessarily want to hear, but maybe you'll get another idea...
I currently only have the "Desktop Launcher" app without 4k.
We have now simply connected AppleTV, which was easier.
