Can the projector be connected directly to an Apple HomePod or HomePod mini (without AppleTV)?

I don't own a HomePod, but I can say that all my bluetooth enabled devices are working fine. At the moment I'm trying to optimise two different sound systems with another bluethooth usb stick, I'm still waiting for that. It's not what you necessarily want to hear, but maybe you'll get another idea...
