Question about XGIMI Horizon Ultra

Recently, I have occasionally received the message "Device filter not working normally", whereupon the device switches off. Everything then works normally again. Has anyone had similar experiences or does anyone know what could be causing this?

You get the information that the fan has a problem and the appliance switches off. It does the same thing for me.
In fact it's an accumulation of dust on the cooling system. As you may have heard, a fan rotates when Xgimi is used to cool the internal components, lamp, etc... This causes dust to accumulate inside the cooling system, so the solution is to blow out the back and underside to evacuate this dust. Use a blower or compressor and set the power to intermediate, not full power.
Then turn Xgimi back on, and you're good to go for a few hours of viewing.
