Question about XGIMI Horizon Ultra (CH)

Occasionally the protective flap does not open when switching on, even though the fan is running. In this state, the appliance can no longer be switched off by remote control. The only solution is to pull out the mains plug. This happens quite rarely, but it is annoying. Does anyone have similar problems?

I have noticed that when I am on HDMI 1 or 2 (PS4, Tv Recorder) and then switch off the projector directly, the protective cap does not open when I switch it on. Since I always switch back to the projector menu with the handheld transmitter after using HDMI 1 and 2 before switching off the projector, it no longer happens that the protective cap cannot be opened when switching on.
