Hello, for 2 screens you have to use DisplayLink Manager. I don't know of any other option. MacBook M1 and M2 only support 1 display See also the specs: https://www.apple.com/macbook-air-m1/specs/

USB works fine for me, I have a small webcam for video conferences connected directly to the dock. Photo cameras etc. also work to import pictures/videos, but unfortunately they all have mini HDMI to USB. Maybe Targus offers more information?

not sure how to connect the docking station to the PC via USB-C. PCs do not normally transmit the display signals via the USB-C ports. Especially since the graphics card would have to do that. There are mainboards that have display port input to loop the signals through, but I don't have anything like that. The docking station does not have KVM features. Monitors have that nowadays more often. To share USB devices between the PC and everything connected to the docking station, I use a USB switch like this: Ugreen 30767 Hub - this also works with the web cam (not automatic - you press the button on the USB switch).

It seems to me that this should work! The Dell model has USB-C with Display Port and Powershare and everything it needs. You can probably even connect two external screens via the one cable. The other things require very little bandwidth. One monitor should certainly work, but whether two could still depend on the hardware equipment of the notebook (there are different CPUs with integrated graphics, but two 4k monitors could be a problem, one will certainly work well). I've had good experiences with the docking station so far with various notebooks - unfortunately nothing delly. So far, they have all worked well.

Connect via USB and you're done. If necessary, install drivers. https://de.targus.com/pages/driver-support Install the driver with the device unplugged and possibly also run it as administrator.

The 1000 Mbits/s refers only to the RJ45 Ethernet for fast wired internet. The USB-C port you are supposed to connect the dock to supports a total of 10 Gbps. It is important to connect the dock to a USB-C (and/or Thunderbolt) port to ensure that the full 10 Gbit can be used. However, the dock also comes with a USB-C to USB-A adapter, which should be used with a 10 Gbit/s capable USB-A (it is not always easy to know if the port on the computer supports this). If you use the dock via a 5Gbit USB-A, it should still work, but not necessarily at full speed.

Digitec is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or, alternatively, a suitable adapter if the mains cable is permanently connected. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.

It is 100W. Thank you for pointing this out. I have passed this on to the relevant department for correction and it will be dealt with as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we currently have no information about when the item will be available again and when we will be able to deliver it. The supplier himself is still waiting for a subsequent delivery from the manufacturer and for this reason he had to set the delivery date to unknown. As soon as something changes in this regard, we will post it here. Sorry.
