I bought the Targus DOCK190EUZ and would like to connect my MacBook Air 2019 with my keyboard and a monitor LC-Power LC-M34-UWQHD-100-C (34", 3440 x 1440 pixels). I have installed the driver and the monitor is recognised by the MacBook, but unfortunately I can only see the mouse pointer on the monitor and nothing else. What is the reason for this? Are the devices not compatible or do I have to connect 2 monitors to the dock?

I have only attached a 34" screen and it works. However, with a Windows notebook. Possibly settings on the MacBook regarding multiple screens? (external monitor and Mac monitor, extended or duplicated)
