Yes, if you set the 16-50mm to 30mm on the a6000, it's the same angle of view as the 30mm Sigma. You don't have to convert anything. The crop factor is relevant when you want to compare with full format.
The a5000 is the oldest camera and has a worse sensor. The a5100 has no viewfinder.
You might be interested in the latest model in the series, the a6500, which has a built-in 5-axis stabiliser.

Yes it is possible, but you need some kind of adapter or special cable like this:

There is something difficult. There are hardly any small bags like that. Either they are too small or much too big. A Lowe Pro Apex 100 or the Manfrotto NX CSC could fit. But both will be too big. I think I used the NX for the 6000 with 16-50. Now it also fits the 7C with 28-60.

I can't say very much about filming. The newer models in the 6000 series are probably better. But the photos are very good. That's probably why the 6000 is still for sale. It came onto the market in 2014 and that says a lot...
There is a manufacturer's and Digitec warranty, theoretically you can send the camera directly to Sony if it is defective but most buyers always bring it directly to the shop they bought it from and they send it to Sony or another manufacturer. The warranty should always cover the minimum duration of the manufacturer's warranty. Hope I could help you.
Digitec does not do repairs. In Switzerland, the company Sertronics is responsible for Sony repairs. If it is the 16-50mm kit lens, it is certainly not worth repairing.
The cheapest thing would be to replace the 16-50 with a second-hand lens. These are often sold for around 100 Fr. Alternatively, there is the 16-70 Zeiss:

"Sufficient" is a good term.
I am not someone who reflexively criticises so-called kit lenses (the 16-50 mm is such a kit lens), but the enclosed 16-50 mm f/3.5-5.6 is unfortunately indeed one of the weaker representatives of its genre.
What bothers me most about it is the rather mediocre contrast and the equally mediocre colour reproduction.
Nevertheless, the kit offered with the A6000 and this lens is a good start. Above all, if you are not yet sure which focal lengths suit you, the 16-50 mm is a good way to try out whether your next lens should be a little more wide-angle or more in the direction of a standard focal length.
If you are happy with the 16 mm starting focal length of the kit zoom for your car and nature photos, I would recommend the Sigma 16 mm f1.4 DC DN (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/sigma-16mm-f14-dc-dn-c-sony-e-objektiv-6976537) and if you find your personal comfort zone more at 30 mm, the Sigma 30 mm 1.4 DC DN.
With both lenses you would have a very strong package on the A6000, with which you would combine great speed with excellent optical performance and that at a fair price.
Just for the sake of completeness: I am not a Sigma employee and have no other relationship with the company, but the two fixed focal lengths mentioned are probably the current benchmark for APS-C lenses for the Sony E-mount bayonet.
As I said, you can't go wrong with the kit you asked for, don't let me stop you and have fun getting started.
Counter question Do you want to photograph helicopters in the air or on the ground? And how close do you get to them?
The difficult thing about what you want is photographing something moving. A helicopter in flight, for the blades to get motion blur, you need a longer exposure. But since you want the helicopter to be sharp, you can't use too long an exposure time. So set it lower than 1/200, but don't think that this is enough to make the leaves look like a disc.
So it would be more possible on a tripod with static helicopters that have taken off or landed.
As a lens I would advise you to use something of higher quality not a kit lens. Because of the distance, I would lean towards a slightly longer focal length.
What I would recommend: Sony E 18-105mm f/4.0 G OSS, E-mount
Or for longer distances: Sony FE 70-200mm f/4 G OSS
The 16-50mm is not particularly fast with an aperture of 3.5 to 5.6. A fixed focal length of 1.4 or 1.8 is much better. The question is whether you want to shoot with an aperture of 1.4. Even fixed focal lengths only have good sharpness when stopped down (from f/5.6 to f/10). With an aperture of 1.4 you have such a shallow depth of field that, for example, on a face only the eyes are sharp and the nose and hair are no longer sharp. It is also completely overrated that fixed focal lengths are sharper than zoom lenses. There are zooms that are almost as sharp as fixed focal lengths. See DXO Mark.
