Do these headphones have noise cancelling?

No, this model does not have ANC. However, it also shields quite well passively, simply because the pads are pressed lightly onto the ears. The Mid ANC model has active noise cancelling: Marshall Headphones Mid ANC (On-Ear, Black, ANC)

The headphones themselves also have a microphone. However, during telephone conversations, I experience again and again that a lot of ambient noise disturbs the conversation. So it's only conditionally suitable for making phone calls when you're out and about. The microphone in the cable is a bit better, but I often hold it in front of my mouth to improve the quality.

I assume you still have a guarantee, otherwise the seller will be happy to help you. Unfortunately, I don't know what kind of bracket you mean. Otherwise, the manufacturer's representative will be able to help you if you don't have a guarantee.

You can actually get these headphones for 99 CHF at other retailers. https://www.toppreise.ch/preisvergleich/Kopfhoerer/MARSHALL-Major-III-Bluetooth-Schwarz-p529384 But at Galaxus you have a good service if there's ever a problem (warranty...). I can highly recommend the headphones.

Look here, you can get the cable-only version without Bluetooth: Marshall Headphones Major III (Black) On the subject of Bluetooth radiation: every BT headphone emits much less power than any mobile phone or WLAN in your vicinity, even directly at your head (if the radiation worries you).

The headphones may still be connected to your old smartphone. Start the headphones and press and hold the button for 7 seconds until the LED indicator starts to glow blue. They should then be displayed on your new smartphone (perhaps switch Bluetooth off and on again briefly). Hope this works! :)
