Is it possible to switch off the Bluetooth function including Bluetooth radiation and then use the headphones like the version without Bluetooth?

Look here, you can get the cable-only version without Bluetooth: Marshall Headphones Major III (Black)
On the subject of Bluetooth radiation: every BT headphone emits much less power than any mobile phone or WLAN in your vicinity, even directly at your head (if the radiation worries you).
