One of the screws that attaches the ear cup to the headband has come loose. Is there any way to repair this (I got the headphones as a gift and unfortunately have no proof of purchase :( )?

You must try to fix the screw from the inside. But before you can do that you have to remove the padding, unfortunately I have not yet found out how this comes off.
