Hello, I bought the new Samsung S20 Ultra and now the headphones can no longer be found via Bluetooth. I need some help please. Best thanks

The headphones may still be connected to your old smartphone. Start the headphones and press and hold the button for 7 seconds until the LED indicator starts to glow blue. They should then be displayed on your new smartphone (perhaps switch Bluetooth off and on again briefly). Hope this works! :)
