Does your pc have a power cable from the power supply to connect to the VGA card? How many watts does your PC power supply deliver? Have you seen that this vga is not available? how old is the pc?

If this card doesn't fit, you could send it back or have someone (like me xD) make a PC with the GPU.

It is a perfect match IMO. Any more expensive graphic card would probably put the bottleneck on the CPU in several situations. I have one paired with an i7 6700k, which makes the graphic card the limiting factor for most applications in this. In short. YES, it's the perfect graphic card for an i7 3770

Depends on your application, if you want to play graphically demanding games, the processor will not be able to calculate fast enough. The graphics card has to wait for data to calculate, the game stutters.
