Question about Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 OC WindForce 2X

Is the GK compatible with the AS Rock Z77 Extreme 6 (LGA 1155, Intel Z77, ATX) motherboard and a Core i5 3570k 3 Gen socket? Thanks already
