Is this card compatible with an Intel I7 4770 and is it possible to game in 4k with the components or what do you recommend?

Compatible with the mainboard would be a better question than with the CPU. In principle, however, this does not matter as long as you have a PCI-e x16 slot. For 4k, a GTX 1070 or GTX 1080 is more recommended.
