Question about Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 OC WindForce 2X

If you go to the Control Panel and enter Device Manager in the search field, you can find out the type of your processor in the Processor section (e.g. Intel Core 2600 2.8Ghz), the thousand number would be the processor generation, i.e. in the example 2nd generation. Gen, the graphics card is new -> June/July 2016 so I guess it only cooperates with the 5th, 6th, 7th Gen of the processor series, but you should also ask yourself if the mainboard is compatible with the graphics card ....
