Does your pc have a power cable from the power supply to connect to the VGA card?
How many watts does your PC power supply deliver?
Have you seen that this vga is not available?
how old is the pc?

Your mainboard already has PCI-E x16 Gen3. The prerequisite for getting 100% power from the card is guaranteed.

The problem will be the power supply. Your power supply only delivers 300W unless you have the "Power" version, in which case it delivers 500W. But that is already borderline.

You should unscrew your PC and see what kind of power supply is installed.
