Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. Same for me... but ecoflow no longer makes them... because river pro 2 has come out... the other offers are from other suppliers who apparently still have them... https://www.ses-shop.ch/led-zubehoer/batterien-akkus/powerbanks/ecoflow-river-600-pro-mobile-power-station-720-wh_6896_11026/ Here there are still over 10 pieces for 729.- 😉 is just 80.- more expensive

In many scenarios, the panels only deliver a fraction of the power (clouds, shadows, angles), so the panel power can certainly be dimensioned somewhat higher. Ecoflow itself writes on its website that you can connect 2x110W. I assume that the Power Station simply does not call up more than 200W (current limitation), even if your combination could theoretically produce 320W. In cloudy conditions, however, you would still have 200W of charging power left with a bit of luck.

Hello, I have standard EU plugs installed. So everything that has a CH 2-pin plug fits in without any problems. I found adapters for CH 3-pin plugs at Migros for 4.95 a piece.

Perhaps for the "archive" for people with the same request in the future: The cable was promptly delivered one day later. Yesterday there would have been a 20 min. wait on the phone. But I can recommend the chat, approx. 5 min. waiting time - uncomplicated.

1. the battery is permanently installed. 2. the River Pro supplies a maximum of 600 W, but reduces the output voltage for devices with a higher connected load. However, voltage reduction ends somewhere, presumably at around 1800 W. My 1800 W kettle works perfectly, but with the 600 W output power it takes about 3 times longer for the water to boil. A 900 W steamer also runs for 20 minutes without any problems, as do hair dryers and coffee machines. Electronic devices also work without problems with a connected load of less than 600 W. I have worked for hours with a laptop, 38" monitor, router and printer.
