Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. Same for me... but ecoflow no longer makes them... because river pro 2 has come out... the other offers are from other suppliers who apparently still have them... https://www.ses-shop.ch/led-zubehoer/batterien-akkus/powerbanks/ecoflow-river-600-pro-mobile-power-station-720-wh_6896_11026/ Here there are still over 10 pieces for 729.- 😉 is just 80.- more expensive
Salee The prices jump back and forth, I got one for 719.-. However, it was also postponed 2x, but never cancelled.
I have a European version and I can't do that. See for the Swiss version????
Which type of mains cable? Type J / 12? There are very different 3-pin plugs (worldwide).
This may be the battery protection! With the Goal Zero, the battery stand also goes back to save the battery.
No sealing on the 220 outlets My 2 220 outlets work perfectly.
In many scenarios, the panels only deliver a fraction of the power (clouds, shadows, angles), so the panel power can certainly be dimensioned somewhat higher. Ecoflow itself writes on its website that you can connect 2x110W. I assume that the Power Station simply does not call up more than 200W (current limitation), even if your combination could theoretically produce 320W. In cloudy conditions, however, you would still have 200W of charging power left with a bit of luck.
Hi there, depending on what your requirements are you can also charge this charger with a plug. This charger of course will be able to support some lights, your laptop and some small appliances. It is not meant for covering hevy duty appliances.
Hello, I have standard EU plugs installed. So everything that has a CH 2-pin plug fits in without any problems. I found adapters for CH 3-pin plugs at Migros for 4.95 a piece.
Don't understand the question technically...what do YOU mean?
Perhaps for the "archive" for people with the same request in the future: The cable was promptly delivered one day later. Yesterday there would have been a 20 min. wait on the phone. But I can recommend the chat, approx. 5 min. waiting time - uncomplicated.
Does the 230v inverter switch off automatically or does it run until the battery is empty? Thank you
There is a so-called AC timeout in the app that you can set. After this time, the 230 V sockets are switched off in case of inactivity.
Depends on the machine. I have tested two models: 1. nespresso vertuo: it worked with this one. 2. delizio: it didn't work with that one. So it depends a little on how the machine works.
1. the battery is permanently installed. 2. the River Pro supplies a maximum of 600 W, but reduces the output voltage for devices with a higher connected load. However, voltage reduction ends somewhere, presumably at around 1800 W. My 1800 W kettle works perfectly, but with the 600 W output power it takes about 3 times longer for the water to boil. A 900 W steamer also runs for 20 minutes without any problems, as do hair dryers and coffee machines. Electronic devices also work without problems with a connected load of less than 600 W. I have worked for hours with a laptop, 38" monitor, router and printer.
Hello Not sure if you could charge the EcoFlow River Pro could be charged with the Hyundai generator. Greetings P.Dominkovits
The 230v output is 600w with Crete's up to 1200w so it's going to be tricky.
I'm sorry but I don't have an answer. I am using the 160W ecoflow solar panel and don't know the others or the different plugs and connections.
Theoretically yes, but I don't see the point with this battery. I would rather use the delta pro with 3600 Wh.
As I don't use it in this way, I can't answer your question, so I recommend you look at the documentation on the manufacturer's website.
Yes, they are supplied, MC4 to XT60. If you want two solar panels, then you need MC4 couplings, which you can get from Aliexpress in large quantities and top quality.
