Question about EcoFlow River Pro 600
Under "important note it says:" "Sealing AC outlet: This Power Station is delivered according to CH standards, therefore only one AC outlet is available. There may therefore be slight deviations from the pictures". The description of the item says 2x Schuko. Which is it? Is it a Swiss standard connection or 2x EU standard connections? If EU standard, are adapters supplied by Digitec?
In my case, one EU plug is available, the second is blocked.
On the unit I bought here, both sockets are freely accessible and usable. So nothing is blocked or anything. Only the Swiss connection cable was missing. I complained about it via chat and it was sent to me immediately.
In my case it was like this: One EU connection is sealed, the other EU connection is for use. No CH adapter is enclosed.
Without an adapter or the correct plug, it is not saleable in my view. At digitec, however, you sometimes have to write that they should include an adapter even though they are legally obliged to do so.
