Which Ecoflow solar panel can be used here (220 or 160 W) and do I need a travel adapter to connect e.g. a coffee machine etc.?
my unit has 2 euro sockets, so it needs an adapter for 3-pin plugs. both solar panels work. see also on the internet.
Grüezi * Thank you for the request and for the trust you have placed in me.
In principle, I am open to share my knowledge, experience and insights. However, I am interested in knowing who I am dealing with (name, level of knowledge in the subject)!
Hi Micha377 * It is possible to use any of the panels mentioned (wattage = max. output under most ideal conditions). It is IMPORTANT to OBSERVE the voltage/(power) of the panel!!!
The EcoFlow River Pro (720Wh) allows max. 25V 12A (theoretically 300W) 200W on the solar input. In order to adjust the "panel voltage/power" to the EcoFlow River, an additional device is probably required - which allows the voltage and the max. current for charging to be set, e.g. 20V - 10A (= 200W). With this additional device, I recommend the panel with 220W! (If desired, I can manufacture/deliver such additional devices on order).
Can I operate a coffee machine with the EcoFlow River Pro? - If the EcoFlow River Pro is connected to the live 230V mains, a maximum of 1,800W of power can be drawn with the X-Booster activated. If there is NO mains voltage available, only 600W of continuous power (the peak power is NOT REQUIRED (safety)!) may be drawn!!!
How much power does your coffee machine need? - This value must be CHECKED FIRST for every appliance that is to be connected! in order to avoid defects!
