Ev. not switched off and e.g. the sinun converter for 220v on. The thing also needs electricity to provide power. There is an auto-off function, but if a device is connected to it, it does not switch off.

Hello, if your River Pro is still brand new, it could be that the battery still has to calibrate itself. In my case, 20-30% of the capacity was suddenly missing, but after the first two or three charging cycles (i.e. fully charging and discharging) the problem disappeared again.
