The last time this happened I've contacted digitecs customer service: "After consulting with the product manager in charge, we would like to inform you that the price has been corrected. We hope that we have been of assistance to you. (08.01.2016)" I guess the same error just occurred a second time.

I have this screen and two more. Each at its own frequency at the same time. No problem with an AMD graphics card. Note that this monitor is now a bit dated (2015 model) and I believe there are very good alternatives on the market. I don't have a specific recommendation though.

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but with free sync it only goes up to 90 Hz, (with amd cards you can change this but not with nvidia) and when I turn it on I only have green and white stripes on the display. But I have to say that it is not necessary and I have never had any problems with tearing or anything like that, I have been using a 144hz monitor for years and I am happy even without sync, so I can recommend the monitor.

Hello Marco, Unfortunately, with HDMI you can achieve max. 120Hz on 1920 x 1080. At 2560 x 1440 it is even only the normal 60Hz. Adapters are definitely available, so you can then, as shown above, achieve up to 120Hz (buy an active adapter). Since you own a gaming laptop, this should not be a problem in terms of graphics performance, as long as you don't overdo it with the graphics settings of course :-) Greetings

For this monitor it looks like this: Maximum for DisplayPort: 2560 x 1440 @ 144Hz Maximum for HDMI: 2560 x 1440 @ 60Hz 1920 x 1080 @ 120 Hz Of course, the graphics card must be compatible and an appropriate cable must be used. You can find a more detailed overview in the manual: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/LCD%20Monitors/MG279Q/MG279Q_German.pdf Page 3-11 (25).

It is logical that a product that has been remanufactured is offered at a lower price because it is no longer a new product ;) And with pixel defects, it varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.

The screen always provides you with an image in the range of approx. 40-90 FPS when the graphics card has also calculated one. This means that the picture feels much smoother. However, FreeSync only works with AMD cards and G-Sync only with Nvidia cards. This means that for you with an Nvidia card, this does not bring any advantages.

No, not as far as I know. I have it and I haven't seen any option or anything (I don't have any 3D games). Also in some tests it says that despite the 144Hz refresh, it doesn't support NVIDIA 3D Vision. In my opinion, the pixel transition time is too slow on IPS panels for the frame sequence to be displayed without problems. Nevertheless, it's still a great screen!

So I have exchanged for excessive backlight bleeding and dead pixels. It will always bother you and it's anything but normal. It's a manufacturing defect, so it wasn't sealed enough around the edges. I've now switched to EIZO and they don't have the problem because they do quality control. But it also costs more. Buy a monitor from a manufacturer other than ASUS and AOC, otherwise you will put your foot in it.

Hi. Look on the product page of the monitor under "Returns and warranty". You can enter a return directly there. A return should be possible. I would exchange it. The thing has been my primary monitor for > 1 year and a fault-free one is a joy. LG
