This remanufactured part, is this a returned part because of backlight bleed or glow or otherwise?

I bought a refurbished product, "technically flawless" with Digitec quality seal. 7 defective pixels in a pile, 5 of them completely dead.
Either there was no inspection or you are being deliberately fooled, but my guess is the former.
