Due to the internal electronically regulated voltage or electronics down from 3.7 volts to a clear 1.5 volt voltage, ideally suited for the Garmin devices with the smaller AAA Mico LR03 batteries 44.5x10.3mm 1.5 volt power supply, thanks to the regulated 1.5 volt voltage, the display always lights up almost the same intensity over the entire operating time and a voltage of 1.5 volts regulated over the running time or 3.0 volts with 2 batteries.

Please note: these 1.5 V Li-ion batteries can only be charged with the XTAR BC4 charger specially designed for 1.5 V Li-ion AA and AAA batteries. Electronically voltage-reduced 1.5 volt rechargeable batteries based on lithium-ion technology (Li-ion for short) of the standard AAA/AA type are revolutionising the mobile power supply for many standard 1.5 volt applications. The XTAR Micro AAA LR03 and Mignon AA LR6 Li-ion rechargeable battery is manufactured electronically with a regulated output voltage of 1.5 volts.
