I have a question for Digitec. Teufel products have a 12-year guarantee ex works. And 8 weeks right of return. Why is your warranty only 2 years? And you also take back hardly used products according to your return policy. Don't you want to negotiate some kind of deal so that you can offer the same warranty and the same return policy? Because I think otherwise customers will order from the factory. Even if the shipping takes longer. Thank you very much for your answer.

Teufel advertises a 12-year guarantee, but if you take a close look at the guarantee conditions in the terms and conditions, these 12 years become 2 years. I received the speaker but it won't turn on. it only turns on with power. it won't turn on with the battery. how did you do when you received it? should the LEDs on the back not light up when the speaker is connected to power? I saw on the support page that the battery has to be removed and then connected to power. it has to be turned on and then disconnected from power. put the battery in and charge it. but even then it won't turn on.

Hi, is it possible to order a spare second battery? Of course, it only makes sense if it can be charged separately (individually, without a box). Does anyone know anything about this? The idea is that you could always charge one of them while the other one is running... It would also be good to know how easy it is to change... is it possible without tools? Greetings and thanks

Hi, you can order spare parts directly from TEUFEL.ch. A 12Volt 9Ah is installed there. A little tip, you can certainly get it cheaper elsewhere... You can also charge it with a 12V charger.

Hello together I have had the speaker for about 4 months now. It works perfectly 95% of the time. But sometimes it suddenly pops and hisses incredibly loudly. The speaker is then usually dead for 1-2 minutes or can neither be switched on nor reconnected with Bluetooth. Have any of you had a similar problem or heard about it? I am aware that I have to make a claim under the warranty. But I would be interested to know if anyone has had the same problem and even knows the cause?

Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.
