Teufel advertises a 12-year guarantee, but if you take a close look at the guarantee conditions in the terms and conditions, these 12 years become 2 years. The Teufel Rockster Air is an active loudspeaker and then only 2 years apply... https://www.teufel.ch/agb.html Article 3b ->"We grant you a 2-year warranty for electronic devices, electrical components and electrical components, portables, headphones, streaming and/or Bluetooth devices and active speakers, calculated from the date of purchase."
Hi, you can order spare parts directly from TEUFEL.ch. A 12Volt 9Ah is installed there. A little tip, you can certainly get it cheaper elsewhere... You can also charge it with a 12V charger.
I have never had this problem with my 2 Rocksters and have (fortunately) never heard of it. Hope I could help!
We had to change it very early. Be sure to fully charge it first and not completely empty it, then it will last a little longer.
Only when switched on, which I don't quite understand.
Yes, belt is included.
Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. When set to max. However, the speaker is more pleasant to listen to at 1/2 - 3/4 volume, then the battery lasts 15 - 20 hours if the Bluetooth is not constantly turned and everyone present wants to connect to the speaker.
According to the reviews at Digitec itself, probably not. However, I can't say personally.
You have to contact the teufel support on their homepage because otherwise the warranty expires.
Sorry, I found it in the technical specs.
