My Teufel Rockstar Air starts to make a very loud noise as soon as I switch it on. You can connect via Bluetooth, but then the noise is permanent and only stops when you switch the speaker off, but then it can't be switched on again.
Teufel himself writes that they have a very high volume of questions at the moment, so I doubt that they can help me.
Maybe one of you can help me.

Maybe the volume was turned up too high? Otherwise, I can't imagine anything else. 
Or as explained by Digi_Sam, the controls/switches.

Are the other channels (aux, mic etc.) turned to 0? That would be important.
