Question about Teufel Rockster Air
Hello together I have had the speaker for about 4 months now. It works perfectly 95% of the time. But sometimes it suddenly pops and hisses incredibly loudly. The speaker is then usually dead for 1-2 minutes or can neither be switched on nor reconnected with Bluetooth. Have any of you had a similar problem or heard about it? I am aware that I have to make a claim under the warranty. But I would be interested to know if anyone has had the same problem and even knows the cause?

I have never had this problem with my 2 Rocksters and have (fortunately) never heard of it. Hope I could help!
I have also had this problem and know how to fix it. You have to remove the battery and if the 2 plugs were loose on the battery you have to bend them tight with pliers so that the battery has full contact with the jukebox and can play music without small interruptions (due to the small mini contact interruptions it leads to the so-called bangs and noise).
