Question about Teufel Rockster Air
I have a question for Digitec. Teufel products have a 12-year guarantee ex works. And 8 weeks right of return. Why is your warranty only 2 years? And you also take back hardly used products according to your return policy. Don't you want to negotiate some kind of deal so that you can offer the same warranty and the same return policy? Because I think otherwise customers will order from the factory. Even if the shipping takes longer. Thank you very much for your answer.

Teufel advertises a 12-year guarantee, but if you take a close look at the guarantee conditions in the terms and conditions, these 12 years become 2 years. The Teufel Rockster Air is an active loudspeaker and then only 2 years apply...
