Question about Teufel Rockster Air
Hello, my Rockster Air won't switch on, even with the charging cable. No led lights up. In fact, nothing works at all any more! I checked the fine-wire fuse at the mains plug input, it is not defective! Can anyone give me a tip?
Oh yes, I'm a pro at this by now. If you unscrew the flap on the back, the battery is underneath. If you disconnect the battery, i.e. remove the connection contacts, then connect the unit with the mains cable, you will have 10 seconds to switch the unit on using the big round button. This would prove that the battery is bad, but the box is OK.
If you accidentally connect the battery the wrong way round, there is another fuse in the red battery connection cable, which is probably defective.
I had to replace the battery because mine was deeply discharged, plus this fine-wire fuse because I was too stupid to connect the new battery the right way round.

- Remove the battery and disconnect it from the cables.
- If available, measure the battery voltage with a voltmeter.
- If the battery is gone, connect the device to the mains plug, then you will have 10 seconds to switch on the device using the big round button.
- If this works and the battery can no longer be charged, it is probably deeply discharged or a defective cell. Replace battery: Teufel Rockster Air battery
If that doesn't work, maybe the battery was attached the wrong way round? Then there is a microfuse hidden in the red battery connection cable. This may be defective.

Servus my bocks can be switched on once and when i switch it off it won't switch on again do you know who the problem is because teufel writes they don't have time
