Yes, you can, but I wouldn't recommend this screen because it doesn't offer a lot of vertical viewing options. It's only 1080 pixels and you have to keep scrolling up and down to see more. My recommendation would be this model: Philips 439P1/00 (3840 x 2160 Pixels, 42.51 ") It can also charge a Macbook via USB-C and with the 3840 x 2160 pixel resolution you have much more displayable image content.
According to our documentation, this monitor does not support daisy chaining. For this, a corresponding video output is necessary. A USB hub is integrated here and offers numerous connection options. As far as I can see from the online instructions, a further USB extension was not directly provided/tested.
I bought a Logitech C922 Pro HD Stream Webcam. It now sits in the top centre of the screen and is connected directly to the screen via a USB cable. The picture quality of the webcam is a bit grainy in less than optimal lighting conditions, but it's OK for online meetings. I use the microphone from the webcam and the speakers from the screen.
Hello teinformatik, yes, this works for me with an HP Elitebook without any problems. Power, video, audio, camera, mouse, keyboard - everything is connected.
The notebook can be connected and charged at the same time via the 100W usb-c connection. You can also transfer images to the 15W usb-c port, but you would also have to charge the source from the power supply. I use it for my surface go, for example.
It's almost 34cm tall (without the frame, so effective screen surface) and about 120cm in length considering the curvature. It also takes about 120cm on the desk including frames.
Yes, this is possible. You just need to check whether the MacBook Pro model supports 3840 x 1080 resolution :) With the USB-C port, it will be able to get 144Hz.
Bought the monitor and it works at 60Hz on 3840x1080 with the HDMI vers.1.4 with the UHD620
This should certainly work, the ThinkPad T14s can display this resolution externally via USB-C via Thunderbolt. However, I would not recommend this screen resolution, because a 3840 x 2160 pixel panel device would be able to display much more image content and is also quite a bit less wide. An alternative with 4K UHD would be this model, it would also have a much better viewing angle stable IPS panel, but no 144Hz (if that were important) and it could not provide as much wattage as the Samsung model for charging a notebook: HP Z43 (43 ", 3840 x 2160 Pixels)
Yes, the monitor has 2 x 7 watt stereo speakers.
The integrated graphics chip of the Intel i7-11700K processor supports resolutions up to 4096x2160@60Hz with HDMI connection and up to 5120x3200@60Hz with DisplayPort connection. The monitor can therefore be used without any problems, but not at 144Hz.
Shouldn't be a problem if you make sure you buy the right cables/adapters.
