I bought this monitor and am currently quite disappointed with the picture quality. Now I have the hope that this is due to "me". The monitor is connected to a Surface Book via Surface Dock to one of the two (mini) display ports. Resolution is 3840x1080 but I find the writing "pixelated" and the whole picture rather blurred. On the notebook itself everything is pin sharp! What is wrong here? I can't imagine that the picture quality can really be that bad! Thank you for your help!

I draw CAD on it - so it can't be the monitor - have fun.

I don't have a Surface.
However, this could also be due to the settings. See the help from Microsoft:

We had a similar experience - the resolution is not satisfactory - we sent the monitor back!
