Can the internal graphics of the i7-11700K drive this monitor at full resolution and 144Hz?

The integrated graphics chip of the Intel i7-11700K processor supports resolutions up to 4096x2160@60Hz with HDMI connection and up to 5120x3200@60Hz with DisplayPort connection. The monitor can therefore be used without any problems, but not at 144Hz.
