My Razer Nari Ultimate (wireless) can no longer really be switched on, let alone charged. When I try to switch it on, I only briefly see that the RGB on the sides of the headset only comes on briefly. Nothing else, no more sound, no more power charging. :( Can anyone help me with this?

Hello FinnM52 Do you have the latest software for the headset? I've also had my Razer devices go haywire because of this. If the update doesn't help, then there seems to be a defect somewhere. Exchange under warranty if it has not yet expired.

I bought the Ultimate for my son today. Unfortunately, it cannot be used wirelessly on the PC without a USB dongle. Can anyone tell me where I can get the dongle from Razer? Actually, I would have expected a hint from Digitec and at least a source where I can buy the dongle. Presumably USB dongles from Logitech are not compatible...

Hello Daniel I bought the dongle via Razer.com. However, I also have a PO box in the States. Runs with 2.4 frequency. Maybe you can order a similar one at Galaxus. Greetings Matthias
