For the Razer Nari Ultimate headset, do you still need an adapter for the PC?

There are 2 versions of this headset. I ended up returning the black + green (xbox) and getting the black only (pc) it comes with a USB dongle in the headset.

Yes, you need an Xbox USB key. I'm selling my headset still under warranty and so is the key.
