I don't know if I'm doing something wrong! I can connect the headset via USB but there is no sound coming out of it.
Is this plug and play? Need it for PC, and it says above that it comes with an AUX cable hmmm.
I only have a micro USB to USB 3 nothing else. My Windows just doesn't recognise anything when I plug it in, and I've tried all the USB's and even tried with my laptop and nothing works:::

Is it the X Box Edition? If so, you need to buy an extra adapter from x box (x box wireless adapter for windows 10).

I think that should be in the product description that it is an Xbox version, but it only says Nari Ultimate.
I have now got the Usb Wireless and it works, unfortunately the volume of the Mic cannot be changed and in Windows I have already set everything to Max. The people in Discord can hardly hear me, I will send the headset back, it doesn't correspond to what they write there. Unfortunately I can not send it back because this article is not taken back so 200.- in the wind. a + sound is really cool but Mic is from 1940 sounded better!

OK to be honest I think it's a cheek that a headset of this class and price 210. I still have to buy an Xbox wireless adapter! This should be included in the price.... Digitec can't help it but Razer...
