Hello, I received these headphones today, but when I try to connect them to my pc, nothing happens. I don't have the USB to connect the headphones to the PC. Is this normal? Sincerely

Hello.
But on the product description you have of the product, it says PC headset and on the videos you put of the product too, there is the PC version and not the XBOX version, so I would go through and return them. It's not right to have a description that doesn't match the items. I am a regular customer of yours and this is the first time this has happened to me.
