My Razer Nari Ultimate (wireless) can no longer really be switched on, let alone charged. When I try to switch it on, I only briefly see that the RGB on the sides of the headset only comes on briefly. Nothing else, no more sound, no more power charging. :(

Do you have the latest software for the headset? I've also had my Razer devices go haywire because of this. If the update doesn't help, then there seems to be a defect somewhere.
Exchange under warranty if it has not yet expired.
