Hello, when I bought my Jackery it was loaded. I can't remember exactly how much, but certainly more than 20%, otherwise I would have been surprised. So, no, not OK.

I have also noticed that it is not only dependent on the power but also on the ambient temperature, i.e. the ventilation starts sooner in warm weather. However, it can be said that the ventilation is quite quiet, apart from the maximum ventilation when charging with approx. 700W."

The 2nd AC socket is present but "sealed".... However, it can be unsealed within 5 seconds. 12V also there👌
