Hello! I received my Jackery 2000 pro today. I am surprised that it is completely discharged. Is this normal? I thought there should be 10-15% of the battery to avoid damaging it. Storage too long? Or is everything OK? Thank you

Hello, when I bought my Jackery it was loaded. I can't remember exactly how much, but certainly more than 20%, otherwise I would have been surprised. So, no, not OK.
