Hello.. According to the HP manual, this is possible. Quote from the manual: "-Quickly access and print documents and images in Dropbox and Google Drive from your smartphone. -High-quality scanning and sharing to Dropbox, Google Drive, email or the cloud - from virtually anywhere." Greetings

We have not activated InstantInk, you can buy the standard cartridges as normal.

Hello dear people, I have a question regarding Apple M1 chip and macOS Big Sur: In terms of compatibility, "El Capitan" is listed and that is an ancient operating system. Is it "El Capitan and newer" or is it until "El Capitan"? And the follow-up question: Is the printer compatible with Big Sur or the M1 chip? Thanks for the answers :D

Hello Dominique, there are cartridges. However, these are SETUP print cartridges with a lower filling level. I therefore order an XL pack of replacement cartridges with each new HP printer. There are currently delays in the delivery of cartridges due to Covid-19. Greetings Simon

In the product description you talk about the 50.- cashback. The description then says "So not only do you print 15 pages per month for free, but you also get 30.- cashback without paying a centime". So which is valid, CHF 30 or CHF 50? Thank you very much for a clear statement.

I bought the 9012 last week. After registering and checking with HP, I was promised 50 CHF from the cashback campaign.... (Printer must be registered for ink supply beforehand, I registered 100 pages for 5.95 CHF per month).

Hi Fried With the HP Officejet Pro 9012 I bought, I did this by registering the printer with HP. This gave me the third year of warranty.

Hello, no, that's not possible. I can make copies via the feeder. I can scan via email, network folder, SharePoint, computer or USB.
