I have found several printers that are all the same to me: HP OfficeJet Pro 9014, 9012 and 9010. The product comparison page also did not provide me with any discernible differences. Can anyone tell me if and how the three models differ?

You should read and compare the technical data sheets of the three printers.
Technically, I think they are the same:
The 912 has two Instant Ink trial months included Footnote 7
The 914 has three Instant Ink trial months included Footnote 7
The 910 has no Instant Ink trial months included No footnote 7 ;)

If you don't want that then buy the 910
I wanted the subscription, so I bought the 914.
After the three trial months, I pay 3.95 francs for 50 printed pages a month. (There are also other subscriptions)
It doesn't matter if they are black and white pages or colour pages. It costs the same.
You only pay for printed pages and not for printer cleaning.
When the cartridges are empty, HP sends new ones.

What are the differences between the 9015 and 9015e models?

I wanted to correct something.
HP does not send new cartridges when the old ones are empty, but much earlier, 
but the printer has to be connected to the Internet from time to time with the subscription.
You can also switch between the different subscriptions if you print out more for a month.
