I have the problem that I cannot set up the "Scan to Email" function with gmail & icloud. I have configured everything correctly in the router GUI. I have also searched online for solutions e.g. manually entering DNS etc.. Unfortunately all without success. Is there a solution?

I find this printer basically great - am very happy, we bought a laser. But when I print on 160g/m2 paper, it regularly smears the whole print. Why is that? It's extra laser jet paper. Thank you!

Switch off the "Direct Printing" (web menu of the printer) if you do not need it, i.e. printing via LAN and WLAN should then work without problems. Otherwise, the network must be set up correctly so that it works without problems.

The printer should be able to duplex scan. Is the DuplexScan SIngle-Pass based (two cameras) or does the printer "choke" the paper twice through the scanner (one camera)? I ask because duplex scanning with one camera only leads to paper jams and a lot of trouble after a year at the latest ... Thanks for any feedback.

I have been using this printer for several months. Since installing Windows 10, I can still print but no longer scan. I have not connected the printer via the network but directly via the USB port. Is there a scan-to-network function? Specifically, I mean scanning in PDF format directly to a share on a NAS in your own network. The function is mentioned, but sometimes this is also stated if a scan to the PC is possible (with installed SW on the PC).
