Question about HP M477fdw Color LaserJet Pro

I find this printer basically great - am very happy, we bought a laser. But when I print on 160g/m2 paper, it regularly smears the whole print. Why is that? It's extra laser jet paper. Thank you!

Have you selected the correct paper type in the print properties?
At 160/m2 you have to select the heavy paper type! Then the paper runs
slower through the printer and does not smudge.
