As far as I can see, 2160p60 is still the maximum that can be recorded in the Recording window. A resolution of 3440x1440 is possible on the device itself. But there is also the option user specific. It is difficult to say what this means as you would have to select a BIN file.

Hello Fabio, I can't tell you directly what the problem is, but you can adjust the image setting in the settings. Try it and see if you can improve the experience for you and your viewers. In the menu "Device" you can change the HDMI colour space. There are 1,2 more things I can think of: - Try using a different HDMI cable? - Do you also have a "distorted" picture when you go from the output of the card to the monitor instead of using the utility? - Maybe try a different PCIe slot, I initially had problems with a blue screen on a certain PCIe. - Mainboard BIOS up-to-date? Hope any of this helps you.

This is of course possible. However, if the card is only to be used for the Switch, it is also possible to buy a cheaper 1080p60 card, as the Switch does not have a 4K output. Personally, I use the card mainly for the Switch and occasionally with other consoles, which is why I opted for the 4K model.

I did some quick googling for you and here you can find the system requirements: https://help.elgato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027964112-Elgato-Game-Capture-4K60-Pro-System-Requirements

There is still no official answer to this question from Elgato in the FAQ. However, if you look at the specs, the 4k60 Pro is the only one listed with 240 fps pass-through @ 1080p and 144 fps in 1440p. Bandwidth is listed as 200mbit. All this + the fact that 4k 120hz is not officially supported by hdmi 2.0 pretty clearly indicates that 4K only 60 fps passthrough is possible. You'd have to wait for new capture cards. However, very few games will actually run at 120hz @ 4K. And the prerequisite would still be that you also have a TV that can play this accordingly (i.e. ideally also supports hdmi 2.1). With this capture card, at least 1440p @ 144hz would be possible. Unfortunately there is no information if the PS5 supports this. Hope I could help.

It will certainly work with the PS5 as long as Sony allows HDCP to be turned off. The question is what resolutions you want to play in. 4K120 passthrough is not supported by the 4K60 Pro Mk.II. However, it can pass through 4K60, 1080p240 and 1440p144 signals (including HDR signals).

Hello, the MK2 version is the most recent one, here is what it offers in addition to the old version (7042121) It can use Low and High Profile media (included). It can record in HDR. It can map HDR video to SDR. It offers multi-application access. For example, you can broadcast in OBS while recording in Elgato 4K Capture Utility. Have a nice day.

The resolution/refresh rate of the monitor on the streaming PC plays absolutely no role, this has no influence on the capture signal that is looped through the 4K60 Pro II.

The board has only one HDMI In and HDMI Out connection. The sound is transmitted exclusively via HDMI. You connect your PC1 via HDMI to the Elgato card on PC2. As long as you don't want separate audio tracks, it should work out of the box. For separate audio tracks, you can perhaps send your audio on a separate audio out on your motherboard to PC1 into an audio in on PC2 and mix it there with audio software.
