I have the problem that I cannot transmit my PS 5 party chat in my stream. Game sound is transmitted, but my party members and I cannot be heard.

I can't hear my friends and they can't hear me.

I have Elgato 4K60 pro MK2 and an external mic with usb and a headset from turtle beach with usb.
I have been trying to find a solution for 3 weeks. Everything I have tried does not work.

I would appreciate any advice you can give me!

Hello, I also have such a card in use. It is very important that you have good HDMI cables version 2.x, with the older ones there are only problems. Hope this tip helps, Greetings Andy
