Is it possible to record the image for OBS internally with the card in a single PC setup? and if so, does this make sense in order to relieve the computer?

No, that never makes sense. Incidentally, I tried this once, and not only did it not help, but on the contrary, it put a much greater load on the PC. Record single PC directly with OBS.
In any case, the processor or the graphics card does the computing work. Otherwise the 4k60S+ but there is only FullHD or 4K and no 1440p. The card is there for recording or streaming from the console via OBS, if I understand your question correctly.
