It will certainly work with the PS5 as long as Sony allows HDCP to be turned off. The question is what resolutions you want to play in. 4K120 passthrough is not supported by the 4K60 Pro Mk.II. However, it can pass through 4K60, 1080p240 and 1440p144 signals (including HDR signals).
